Terms of Service

These terms apply to Buffet Board (buffetboard.com.br), a web app for kitchens, operated by Maic, an individual based in Bahia, Brazil ("we"). By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Buffet Board offers free tools (food label maker and food cost calculator) and a paid plan (Buffet Board Pro) with inventory, prep, staff schedules, food safety logs and more.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your login and for what your team does in your account. Give accurate information when you sign up.

3. Subscription and payments

Buffet Board Pro is billed monthly in US dollars after a 30-day free trial. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Your responsibility for food safety

Labels, allergen detection, use-by dates and cost figures are tools to help you. You remain responsible for checking ingredients, allergens and following the FDA Food Code and your local health department rules.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, try to break it, or use it for anything illegal.

6. Your data

Your recipes, costs and records belong to you. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service online but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may update features over time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date on this page.
